Jessica Lightle

Jessica is an easy-going spirit. She has a heart of gold and radiates joy to all she meets. She has a deep appreciation and respect for small businesses, which is one of the many reasons why she co-founded Bright Creative in 2018. Her passion is to help others understand the power of their online presence, encouraging clients to use their voice to make an impact not only on their bottom line, but in the hearts of others.

Jessica is a Texas native with roots in Colorado—where she attended Colorado State University. Upon graduating, Jessica moved to Dallas to work at a large digital agency and begin her career. During her time working the #agencylife, she gained extensive social media knowledge and achieved growth while working with large B2B and B2C companies from around the world, with clients like Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Elevate Medical Spa, Smallwood Homes and Grab Mobile App.

Her most recent career experience expanded into healthcare marketing, where she managed digital strategy for a hospital and large physician clinic ranging in specialties from Cardiothoracic Surgery, Cardiology, Family Medicine, OB/GYN, Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology, Orthopedic Surgery, and Pulmonology maximizing their social, video, design and oversaw digital advertising.

Jessica embodies all things millennial—and is the go-to to know what’s #trending. With a work ethic like no other, her professional background has shaped her as a jack-of-all-trades in the digital arena with graphic design, videography, web design, and social strategy.

Always on the go, you can find Jessica scouting for the best coffee shops for her very boring Vanilla Latte order. Her heart is happiest when she’s spending time with her family, Goose, Harrison & Charlie, traveling (loves a good trip to London), watching movies, reading Harry Potter or enjoying a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon or Rosé.

Libby Bryson

Libby is a go-getter who hustles big and has an even bigger heart. With an intuitive nature and eye for all things detail oriented, Libby enjoys helping clients of all backgrounds and walks of life create and tell their unique story. Libby’s heart belongs in East Texas, where she was raised on her family’s ranch and in a family of entrepreneurs, whom she credits her work ethic and inspiration in co-founding Bright Creative in 2018.

Libby brings 15 years of public relations, fundraising, event management, communications, advertising and marketing experience to clients. After graduating from Texas A&M University, Libby began her career on the marketing team at D Magazine. Later, she began her fundraising and public relations career in the nonprofit industry—working with several nonprofit organizations in a variety of fulltime and consulting roles. Most recently, Libby has worked in the Healthcare industry for more than nine years, serving as the marketing director for a hospital and clinic operation.

Her passion for cultivating innovative ideas keeps our clients marketing plans and brand voice authentic to their core. She’s known as our idea factory, and is a true connector and collaborator— where she enjoys creating brand strategies for clients and bringing people together.

A true “merriment maker” – a nickname she comes by naturally both in her professional and personal life, she never misses the opportunity to help create memorable and special moments.

When she’s not doing things all marketing minded, brainstorming or motivating our team to be the best they can be, you can find her balancing motherhood, spending time with her family and enjoying fun new adventures with their two kiddos and golden retriever, Walter!
